While waiting in line for a coffee at Robin’s Donuts this morning, I heard one of the employees say to another, “What does the guy with the broken foot take?” I wasn’t sure I had heard this right, but she asked again.
It turns out that a regular customer had broken his foot and wasn’t able to get out of his car and into the shop. They told him he can just pull up outside in his car and they run his coffee out to him.
Heart = warmed (and yes, I sometimes get coffee at Robin’s).
Now that is great personal service! Hard to find that kind of service in this day and age!
Wow, that is some good service!! Is it just me or do people who work in coffee shops always seem a little more friendly and willing to go out of the way to help you, than in other places. Actually not even go out of the way to help you but at least remember you name and a little bit about you.
Great job! I think Robin’s would receive much award from more and more people.
This is should make them more popular than other coffee shop with bad services.
