Don’t Cross the Streams

New rule: Correspondence should be reciprocated in the original medium unless another medium is explicitly requested.

Example: If I send you an email, don’t call me.

  1. I’m typically this way, Steven, but I break it when people use forums to send me a Private Message or when people send one-to-one discussions to me on Twitter—I always reply to those with an email.

  2. Dear Brother,

i would like to thank you for being smart enough to have remmebered me and deleted my post from your site and the post her on this page too afterwards as i had kindly asked.
I want to thank you very much.I can imagine yomight be a very bussy person and i do not wanna waste your time, however ,im this one particular ignorant fellow,so i have no idea about internet.
Eventhough you have deleted my post from the 1000 thousan nx dns cant be wrong site, when i write my name on a google or windows live search bar.it comes out and you can still see it when you click on cached.

I was wondering i it is in your possibility to prevent that as well or if you d know wher to contact to have it not shown at all when my name is typed.i mean even under cached.
its not that im parano but i prefer not to be taking place on the internet.it gives me a relief that im not prisoned to internet.Take it as a poetical metaphor even a funny one.it simply bugs me.
if you can help me,or if you now who i can contact to prevent my deleted psot shown under cached,i would appreciate it.
i write so without my permission having anything shown on the internet ,any of the linesd i have written bothers me very much.
Once again thanks very much for your help.Like i said if its not in your hand to stop it showing in the cached secton, then i d apreciate if you could whisper wher to contact to get it deleted for once and all.

    Best regards

  3. But, people writing me through weird commenting-silo mechanisms like Facebook, then?

I always try to email them up, and then the conversation continues there.

(Maybe the answer is to remove the temptation, and just have that profile deleted.)
