i'm glad someone else agrees with only owning one pair of shoes at a time. i'm currently on my third of pair of the exact same model of nike new balances, that i replace and wear out by wearing each and every day.

How do you land? I thought there was some sort of splash down, but apparently not if you're wearing shoes and pants: do they real you in to the boat?

PS- what are Nike New Balances? Aren't those two different companies?
PPS- I wear several pairs of shoes in one day, depepnding on the activity. Often, one of those shoes are a pair of Birk sandals, but I digress.

~bc, you land by them reeling in the parachute until you can just step onto the back of the boat - when you're feet are down, they unhook you. It's rediculously easy - you could do it asleep.

Edit out the top half of the photo and that will be your view half a minute or so into the rapture.

I too went parasailing a few years ago, at no cost thanks to my job at a PEI Visitor Information Centre, and had a whale of a time. The boat ride out to sea was great, the floating 1000 feet in the air part was the greatest, but the boat ride back to shore was a little less pleasant and resulted in me vomiting 12 times between a dock in Stanley Bridge and a driveway in Keppoch. I still, however, highly recommend the parasailing experience.
