I caught him doing a little editorial talk the other day on his 'big wham bam'. I enjoy hearing him speak because he is smarter than I am, and I feel like I'm learning.
It was about the WTC, and 'evil' and so on, it was a great piece. I couldn't find the 'evil' editorial (ed-itorial, get it?) but a lot of them are all listed on his site. Good reads.
From Ed:
"On TV, these self-appointed members of the intelligentsia dress up their prejudice and bias as lofty, principled and evenhanded commentary. They'll claim they're just being objective. These critics may even seem well-intentioned... but, like a nice pair of legs, they eventually make an ass of themselves."

Laughing out loud when you are alone is a good sign that something is really funny. I am laughing out loud (alone) at the "like a nice pair of legs" comment.
Other things that made laugh out loud while alone: Newsradio and Gordon Korman's childrens books - particularly Who is Bugs Potter? which is available at Amazon for a ridiculously cheap $2.

"No Coins Please" was my Korman favourite.
As many people know the real silverorange business plan is taken directly from the book.
Look for silverorange Attack Jelly (TM) at the Atlantic Superstore this coming spring.

I'm still all about The Zucchini Warriors. Great book. With the bush-hampsters and the blabber mouth and the Beast and Elmer Drimsdale turned mack-daddy quarterback. Good times.
